Breaking Star was created by Stephanie Dickard, and its efforts established 3 different DIY spaces for the Maryland music community from 2003 to 2013. Booking such acts as Cartel, All Time Low, The Dangerous Summer, Adelphi, The Trackrecord, Brand New Disaster, Thin Dark Line, Downtown Singapore, & Just Surrender.
